PINNACLE
Rather than demolish the existing structure, Pinnacle embraces the architectural language of the original 1990s contemporary home—retaining its walls and foundations as a base for transformation. The project celebrates what exists, not as limitation, but as opportunity.
Currently under construction, Pinnacle reimagines the potential of home renovation by working within the existing footprint, while introducing a new upper level. This vertical extension enables the creation of double-volume spaces throughout the home, adding spatial drama and depth to the once-linear plan.
The Master Suite—formerly on the ground floor—has been elevated, granting it panoramic views across the house while maximizing natural ventilation and daylight access. This elevated perspective becomes both a visual and climatic advantage, reinforcing the home’s passive design strategy.
Through considered adaptation rather than replacement, Pinnacle illustrates a more sustainable and layered approach to residential architecture—where the old supports the new, and innovation emerges through restraint.
