ASCENSION
Located in the verdant suburbs of Johannesburg, this transformation project breathes new life into what was once a dark, hollow shell. The design reimagines the space as a series of light-filled volumes layered with depth, material richness, and spatial progression.
The architectural intervention creates a journey—an unfolding sequence of thresholds and elevations—guiding occupants from one space to the next. Each transition reveals new perspectives and textures, culminating in a spatial crescendo: the pinnacle, where light, form, and function converge to deliver a powerful sense of arrival and clarity.
The result is not just a renovation, but a spatial narrative that elevates the everyday experience of living.
